Step 3: Build & Deploy
I design and build the automation, set it up in your environment (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud, or your existing stack) and make sure it runs on the right triggers or schedule.
Hosting note: All infrastructure runs under your accounts so you stay in control. You pay the small hosting fees directly to your provider (e.g., AWS) and I handle the setup.

No. You just need to know your own process. I’ll ask questions, break it down, and handle the technical architecture and implementation.

You do—but through your own accounts. I’ll set everything up in your AWS/Google/other account so you stay in control and can see exactly what you’re paying for. For most small workflows, hosting costs are very low.

For most projects I use a fixed project fee (based on complexity). For open-ended consulting or troubleshooting, I charge hourly.

That’s what the discovery and strategy sessions are for. We’ll walk through your workflows, then I’ll recommend the highest-impact areas to automate first.
