How we’ll work Together

Use a simple 4-step timeline:

Step 1: Discovery Call

We walk through your current process, the tools your use, and what “done” looks like.

I listen for bottlenecks, manual steps, and opportunities to automate.

Step 2: Proposal & Plan

You’ll get a short written plan outlining:

  • What will be automated

  • Which tools will be used

  • Timeline

  • Pricing (fixed-fee or hourly)

You only move forward if it feels clear and aligned.

Step 3: Build & Deploy

I design and build the automation, set it up in your environment (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud, or your existing stack) and make sure it runs on the right triggers or schedule.

Hosting note: All infrastructure runs under your accounts so you stay in control. You pay the small hosting fees directly to your provider (e.g., AWS) and I handle the setup.

STEP 4: Handover, Training & Support

You get:

  • A walkthrough video

  • Simple documentation

  • A short support window for bug fixes

If you’d like ongoing help, we can add a monthly maintenance plan.

Option 2 - Done-for-you Automation build

  • Two rounds of revisions

  • Multi-step or multi-tool workflows: $800–$2,500+

We’ll agree on a fixed price before starting so there are no surprises.

Option 1 - Strategy & Automation Roadmap

  • No. You just need to know your own process. I’ll ask questions, break it down, and handle the technical architecture and implementation.

  • You do—but through your own accounts. I’ll set everything up in your AWS/Google/other account so you stay in control and can see exactly what you’re paying for. For most small workflows, hosting costs are very low.

  • For most projects I use a fixed project fee (based on complexity). For open-ended consulting or troubleshooting, I charge hourly.

  • That’s what the discovery and strategy sessions are for. We’ll walk through your workflows, then I’ll recommend the highest-impact areas to automate first.

  • Each project comes with a 14-day bug-fix window. Beyond that, you can either reach out for ad-hoc support or choose a monthly maintenance plan.
